| On Friday, December 16, 2005 M. Wandke and Les Rispens became the new owners of the historic Oxford Hotel in downtown Great Falls. The building includes 512 Central Ave, the current home of Cool Beans Coffee Pub, and 514 Central which is currently being restored and will be available for lease eventually. The hotel includes 46 rooms on 2 floors. Our plans include the restoration of the 514 space for retail use, new store fronts on both retail spaces, and a future residential use of the hotel space. |
